Dress Allowance Of Government Employees

Every civil servant is required to arrive at work dressed in the official government of Nepal’s approved attire. Every year during the month of Chaitra, the dress allowance as forth by the Nepali government will be paid in addition to the pay.

Festival Expenses and Other Benefits Of Government Employees

• An amount equal to one month’s salary will be given to government workers annually as festival costs so they can celebrate holidays in accordance with their culture, religion, and customs.Once a fiscal year, the employee is eligible to claim this amount in honor of the major holiday observed in accordance with their culture, religion, and customs.
• As festival costs, retired personnel who are eligible for pensions will get an amount equal to one month’s pension.
• Medical expenditures, disability pension, physical disability benefits, extraordinary family pension and gratuity, educational allowance, child allowance, child care allowance, and other benefits due to civil officials would be covered by the rules as decided.
