Great news for the Investors rejoices. Dish Media Network Limited “DMNL” – Dish Home is about to issue an IPO of 2.4 million shares amounting Rs. 23.86 Crores in total at the face value of Rs. 100. The idea of floating the IPO was brought in action in the year 2020, when it submitted an application to Securities Board of Nepal on 4th July. It has chosen Global IME capital limited as its issue manager.

About DishHome
DMNL- Dish Home, The Company was founded in 2009 which further merged between two DTH providers, namely Home TV and Dish Nepal in 2010. Sandmartin International Holding (SMT) is one of the major stake holders of DMNL. SMT became its stakeholder in 2011. It has excellently been contributing in developing new technologies and digital innovations in satellite broadcasting.
