Upcoming IPO In Nepal: Salapa Bikas Bank IPO Approved by SEBON
Good news for sharemarket investor as Salapa Bikas Bank IPO application has been approved by SEBON. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted the Initial Public Offering (IPO) proposal of Salapa Bikas Bank Limited (SBBL).
Muktinath Capital Limited has been appointed the issue manager for the public offering of Salapa Bikas Bank. Salapa Bikas Bank will issue a total of 1,723,880 shares to the general public at a par value of Rs. 100 per unit.
